Hello,
We are trying to install 32 bit version of visual intelligence on our Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 machines, but it disappears every time, after the installer extracts the setup files.
We are able to install VI on our 64 bit server,but when trying on Windows client machines we are not able to do so. Steps tried to troubleshoot:
- Verified on 10 different machines same issue
- Running the setup with local admin access same issue
- Running the installer as an administrator same issue
- Re-installing the different version 07 and 08 of VI same issue
- Re- downloaded the software thrice , same issue.
- C: has more then 5 GB
- Changed the temp location to another drive same issue
- Turned off firewall same issue
- Checked the logs files from setupengine.log , we found following lines
- Ran process monitor, but it does not capture anything relevant
