How to view the Description of a saved LUMS file

Hi-

While saving a Lumira file using 'Save As' option there is a place to add optional 'Description'. I saved a file with some comments in the 'Description' section but cannot find how to get to what I entered. Is there a setting or another way to access the details about what I entered in description?
