Dear Colleagues,
We are in the process to install Lumira Desktop but for us it is unclear who is the best group to support (take care of incidents in case of issues, triggers patching and test the tool). For SAP GUI our SAP Basis guys are responsible, they make sure that the SAP GUI is packaged, tested and rolled out to all workplaces once a year. The MDM console is handled by the application team due to different reasons.
One of the reason why I would not see the patching, rollout with the SAP Basis team is that they will not use the software and therefore will have not the knowledge to support it. On the other side there is the tight integration between Lumira Desktop and Lumira Server...
What is your opinion?
